Set in an urban fairytale. Keisha and Ty’s love bonded and had to endure in a foster home environment. One a knucklehead the other a golden kid. Both brought together under a traumatic tragedy. Pressed by a molesting foster mom, strengthened their love. Separated by the system, matured their love. Nothing could tear them apart. However real love must always be tested…

Ty lost his parents to a fatal car accident, leaving him in foster care. The only thing his parents left was the Carter Crossover which gave him a dream. A neighborhood hoop star with promise to play in the NBA, if he could make it to the draft. Kiesha didn’t believe in dreams, only nightmares. Being a runaway, she played the streets. Her spontaneous outburst always kept her in a ‘I don’t give a fuck ‘attitude. She witnesses her mom murdered by a molesting uncle. Forced into the system, she only played her part, because Ty was her heart. Their push/pull relationship keeps them together through all the test of love. However, there is one test that threatens to tear them apart

I couldn’t put it down. Once you start reading about Keisha and Ty, their story is one of the most alluring romantic adventurous plots. I started the book on Monday. I was finished on Wednesday. Started the sequel (Black Ballerina 2) and OMG!!!!!Not going to tell because you’re going to want part two after you’ve read Black Ballerina. It’s more Riveting than part one!!
